Ted, I just looked up the charts and it says 45-50 pounds, but I havent had much luck with that chart. Can't help you on the incerts you'll have to take them to a archery shop and try to find ones that will fit. Micro flite's are about all I shoot anymore.

Good Luck

35#(30")to 65#(25")
I usually shoot them at 55# cut to 28.5
if you can't find inserts( I think 1918) then use some 1/4" wood dowels about 6" long epoxied into the shaft and then sand( not cut) a taper. make sure the hardware store dowels don't have lengthwise ridges.

The 1968 chart I have list a 29" arrow with 125 gr. point at 48 to 52 pounds. This chart is for hunting arrows not target arrows. It list an Easton 2016 for the same range.

From 61-71 the sizes went from 0-10 and the #8 hunting shafts were listed at 45-50, 50-55, and 55-60. From 71 on the sizes were 0-12 and the #8s were listed at 40-45.

I have some #8s and at 29 inches the spine tester says .460; they do fly like 2213s but are heavier, about 530g w 125g point.

I also have some #7s that test out at .620, and they do fly like 1916s, but again are heavier, about 515g w 125g points.
