Just traded for a 70 Super Kodiak in super condition.
It does have quiver inserts mounted about 11 inches apart. They were professionally installed.
Should I find a period correct quiver for it, or have the inserts removed and refinished?
Thanks

I would use John Dill's pro model....that's is how my Type A1s are set up. I wouldn't remove the bushings if they are in good.

Thanks.
I'll check into it.

I have an old bear quiver that would fit that bow.

Randy that bow takes the same model quiver that the bear compound bows use.I think I have a pic of one somewhere bd

Doc,
I think you are right.
Hope all is well in your neck of the woods.

you gotta be kidding my Randy things never go right at bd's place. There's always somebody stirring the pot but we like it that way..........hey any of these type quivers can be used but the normal for the 2 bushing bows are the green double forked arm bd (http://i264.photobucket.com/albums/ii175/bowdocsarchery/quivers001-1.jpg)

OK. Found a nice 4 arrow bear quiver.
What type bolts were used to mount the quiver?
Flathead, phillips, allen, wing?
Not sure.
Thanks
