Doug,it is an early Green Stripe riser.
They were reintroduced on 1981 but appeared in the 1982 catalog.The low serial number and the dark futurewood with lighter spot are some of the best looking combos,much better than the later models.If you go on the Rich's site there are a lot of pics and infos.Good find!

John,now I reconise it!I am glad that Doug has it on his rack now!!
