Probably showing my "Dumb" but what model are these (190539861012) from or is this some home spun mod for something?

They look like "New Victor Tamerlane II" compound risers circa 1976.

Yep, Those risers were exactly what I was looking for. I bid what I thought was more than high enough to get them, but I got outbid...
