while coming home from a 3d shoot yesterday i stopped at a yard sale just for the heck of it. well, while entering the garage i see this hunk of junk sitting on the table! no seriously though i couldnt believe my eyes! this baby is pretty pristine. the only thing was that it had some white athletic tape taped to the riser. i took that off with my secret formula. it took some time but she polished out like brand new. it has the original string and the old kwikee quiver. i feel really lucky! im not a collector but i do love me some old bear bows! check her out! this is one of the nicest ORIGINAL 62s i have seen! Crazy as it seems but there is one exactly like it just listed on the auction site.
-
and bd is the high bidder already! id love to keep it but it would just be sitting in a bow sock on my rack. im not a collector and im not trying to get rich so i listed it for 150 bucks. i hope someone that has been looking for one for a long time gets a chance to win this bow so they can put it to work!

and you had to go and do that within an hour's drive of me too...dang it, Newell!
WAY TO GO......once in a lifetime find IMHO.

isnt going to do anything for me so i figured list it so someone could enjoy this gorgeous piece of history. if it was 60# or up it wouldnt be going anywhere! i started it at 150. im not trying to get rich i just want to see this bow used and appreciated by someone who lives for vintage bear bows. im not a collector so id love for this bow to go to someone who really will enjoy it...thats all

I understand. I don't like bows under 55 lbs myself. However I think I may have had to hold on to the one you found. It should draw a good price. Good luck.
