Don't know how well you can see this photo, but is there a way to fix the 68 on the top? The 70 on the bottom looks as if the checkering or stress lines is mainly in the finish, but the 68 looks deeper. Sanding and working wood I get, but the fiberglass limbs and tips I need advice.

thats about 99.9% in the finish you may find one or two marks on the limbs but thats pretty much your finish is shot bd
