Title: minimum gr/in for target on 1962 Kodiak
Post by: wasapt on January 15, 2011, 08:00:00 PM
Just wondering what would you consider safe for the low end of  arrow weight on the vintage 1962 Kodiak? I would love to shoot this bow with light weight arrows for target 3D. What say you?

9.5 or 10 grains per pound of draw weight.  Why take a chance on such a beautiful old classic.

I'd keep it at least 9 gpp.   ;)

You could prolly get by with 8, but like reddogge said, why take the chance.   :nono:
