A friend of mine recently picked up this bow. Have no clue what it is. It is backed with what appears to be sinew with fiberglass on the other side. Some kind of mark or stamp on the upper limb. Stamped in the riser is Pat.2316880. Tips reinforced. Late 40's? Very well made bow.
