Title: Halcomb Rader
Post by: tasso joe on August 11, 2010, 05:32:00 PM
I was the lucky winner of a drawing donated by Oneshot-Onekill. It's my first trad bow and I'm very excited. I did a search and can't find any info on this bow. Does anyone have any information or history to share on this brand. It's a beautiful bow and can't wait to get my hands on it. Thanks in advance TJ.

Dan Halcomb and Chris Rader built bows in the 1990's. They are from Indiana. Dan still builds a few bows from time to time. I have been to Dan's shop and have one of his bows. He does great work and his bows shoot well!

Thanks inrut. Is your bow a takedown or one piece?

My bow is a takedown. It was the banquet bow for the 2005 Indiana Bowhunters Association.

Inrut, I will lean on you for advice when the bow comes in. Anybody else know anything about these bows.
