Title: Book swap anybody?
Post by: KyleAllen on December 10, 2007, 01:47:00 AM
Before i even say anything, if i missed something and you don't allow this kind of thing on here, feel free to give it the axe terry.

I got a real bad itch to get my hands on some new reading material. Need something to fill in those, few and far between, down times during my week. I haven't had the opportunity to do a lot of trad reading since i got accepted into the radiology program, but i take my last final on wednesday, for this semester. Seems like a perfect time to start a new book.

Problem is...well...im cheap, lol. Oh wait, what is it we call it around here? Frugal? lol

So i got to thinking, why not do a book swap on here. Not a permanent thing. Just trade books with somebody, and send it back when your done.

I don't have many to offer up to swap, but the ones i have are very good reads.

Byron Fergusons "Become the Arrow"
and
"The Witchery of Archery" by the thompson brothers.

I just thought it would be a good idea to pass some books around and collect some signatures of those who read em.

Whatcha think?
Kyle

I've got a collection of leather Firearms Classic Library editions ( over 50 ) that I would like to swap for a good bow. What do you have to trade? Otherwise I could send you some pretty good L'Amour paperbacks to take up you time. Bowferd

Kyle...I got a Asbell Stalking and Still Hunting Guide that I will swap for one of yours.  We could also meet in Houston if you are near there to avoid freight.  Just let me know...WADE.

Im not looking to "trade" anything. I just want to swap for long enough to read the book(s).

Im really only interested in trad hunting books. Like all the ones that 3 rivers sells.
