Making a string for a Bear Mag TD,
Brace height came out high I think, close to 9". I made a 59" B-50 string (62" bow)
What are the recommended BH on a Bear Mags. Might as well get them all together art once.
Thanks

59" sounds about right for a 62" bow.
I lost ny Bear catalog CD but 8 to 8.5" dounds right for that bow.
I'm sure someone here still has the CD and can check it for you, or BowDoc off the top of his head.

8 to 8,5 was what I was thinking, but it is closer to 9".
My bar moved so I think it came out 58.5 not 59". I'll let it stretch a bit. May work out just perfect in a couple days.

I made one yesterday for my wood B handle 60". I made it 56 1/4 and once I shot it in I'm at 8.5 brace height. Mine seems to shoot the best about there or even a little higher.
-
I shoot all my Super K's and Mag TD's at 8".
-
I shoot my A Mag with #1 and #2 limbs at 8".
-
I'm shooting my A mag w/#1 limbs (56" and 50#@28) at around 8 1/4"...

I also shoot mine at about 8" A or B handle 56,58 and 60" bows.
