Title: HELP!!!-Grizzly Band saw

I just purchased a used Grizzly 14" band saw & cannot get the blade to track right.It keeps kicking the pulley belts off the pulleys.Any help would be appreciated.PS are the belts supposed to be glued down to the pulleys.

I have a 14" Grizzly........belt not glued down.......have you tried Bowyers bench on this site? More help there for sure.
