Hello,
I was at a garage sale a few weeks ago and ended up buying a Bear takedown recurve. I'm trying to figure out what model it is.
The riser is blue and made of magnesium. I am guessing this is called a "C" target riser, due to its length, satbilizer, and the first letter of the model # is a C.
Limbs are white glass with wood tip overlays, and are marked as
A- 60" 35#
B- 64" 33#
C- 70" 30#
What is the model name of this bow?
On a side note, I also got 10 original bear cedar arrows, all with old razortip broadheads. Too short for me to shoot, but pretty cool I figure.

Sounds like a Bear C Mag takedown. Sorry, that is what they were called, lol.

I don't have any pics taken of it yet, but it is in pretty good shape. There was a slight twist in the bottom limb which I was able to work out.
It is a very nice shooting bow. I gave $100 for it, so I figure it was a pretty good deal.

So the model is a Mag then. It makes sense, since the riser is magnesium and Bear had kind of the magnum name theme going with their bows.
Thanks for the responses so far, gentlemen.
