While digging through the boxes of arrow heads and stuff I got this past weekend from an old archery shop in Michigan I found this box aprox 8x5x3 that was sent from the old Bear Archery shop in Grayling to Mr. Henning. Unfortunately there is no date on it that I can find but there is another box post dated May 31, 1961 in with the stuff. I cannot help but wonder if Fred actually held it or handed it to the postman? I bet that was a good day.
Does anyone want it to display in a collection or anyone have a good museum of archery history I could send it to? Is it worth anything?

Bobby,I recently purchased a dozen old Bear arrows and found out that they were given to a Dr. Ralph Helzerman from Tecumseh Mi. May of been one of Fred's doctors. At the time of purchase I did not know that. The guy I bought them from only told me about that later.
He is a pretty much stand up guy in our Traditional circle.
Reason I'm telling you this is that the box for the arrows is not the original box. Just think how special that would be had I had the original box.
