Title: vintage BEAR bow collectors
Post by: ed on April 12, 2010, 02:52:00 PM
A friend of mine inherited all of his father's archery equipment.  Not knowing all of what was around, he began to investigate.  While looking through things, he discovered a BEAR, TAMERLANE 69 inch 34 pound recurve target bow with built in sights.  The bow is in emaculate condition and looks brand new.  It has the gold bear logo on the riser.  Any ideas what it may be worth.

Check the big auction site. There is usully one on there every week or so. Check the completed listings also.

good one reddogge...

I bought a 1968 Tamerlane a week ago (not on auction) that was a 69", 38#, built-in-sights, and in excellent condition for about $300 with shipping.

A new one like yours would most likely sell closer to $400 or more.

These are fabulous shooters.
