I've checked old threads here and found some info, but still confused. I want to buy a 1972 Kodiak Magum 52", but identification seems difficult. Silver or Gold coin, flush or raised, 1953 patent yes or no. I'm new to this, so your help would be appreciated. Also are these fairly common? I've noticed there's lots of the 75's and 76's with the future wood.

the 1972 had a two piece riser of bubinga and shedua with a straight stripe in between. Will have a raised coin. And gray glass.
