Title: Black Hawk Chief.... Should I buy?

I have a shot at buying these bows.

I was told the wood looking one is a Black Hawk Chief 48# @ 28" and the other one is unknown and painted.  He wants me to make an offer.  Of course I would have to see them in person to confirm condition. What kinda money should I offer?

I think that black hawk may have cross weave glass on the back and it did not hold up to good.bd
