why would i use a banana feather vs. a shield or parabolic feather?
i like the looks of the banana cut feather!
Good enough reason as any if you like the look.
its better to look good than to feel good!
Fat feathers ohhh yea.
Big Yellow Nanners.... :bigsmyl:
I just had Mike at the Nocking point make me some arras with Big Yellow Nanners....
I love 'em too. And its mostly 'cause their purty.
man! I was just thinking were could I get me some Banana Feathers... :bigsmyl: :D :goldtooth:
Probably the best feather to shoot in the rain. They do not get crappy when they get wet. It has to be the high arc. Bucky and I proved it opening day pheasant season[permit bow season] rain mixed with snow all morning. My 5 1/2" shield cuts were wet, looked like crap, and laying down. His 5 1/2" nanars were as pert as a ruttin' buck.He did manage to take a button buck that morning too.
Same reason there are so mnay choice of bows.
I love the lQQk.
Big Pink Nanners with a homemade luminock. Can you say "visible in flight"?
Nana's  :clapper:
I asked Byron Ferguson why he shoots them so often and he said he likes the rapid stabilization they afford an arrow. More penetration at hunting distances because the paradox is reduced to a smaller amplitude quickly.
