I know it;s not a big collector bow or anyting. But it's in such nice shape and shoot great I could not pass it up. Beside might be good trade bait down the road LOL. It's colt National match 68" 43#@28".Has a colt coin and 2 small holes in the side that have been filled. no stress and anything really great cond. Anyone tell me when it might have been made and who made them for Colt Firearms co?<><

Looking at the handle shape and tips, I'd say it was made by Ernie Root or Shakespeare. Keeping in mind they were one in the same for a while. That's my best guess! CKruse

Look like somebody was trying to copy the 62 Grizzly. Unless that pre-dates 1962. In that case, Fred was the one copying.

That bow is in my 1963 catalog in 68 inch for 89.95 also available in 66 and 62 inch.
