Good job! Nice wood there.

Outstanding refinish! What nice wood grain. It has more swirl than earlier '60s bears African
tigerwood. Could it be from a different part of the world?
-
Looks great Jim...Can I ask what kind of finish you put on it cause it looks good?
-
Keefer,I used a MinWax satin poly in a spray can.I thinned some of the finish and brushed it on as a sealer, sanded it down to the wood and then applied 3 coats of spray.I let that cure for several days and then lightly rubbed it with 0000 steel wool.
