Hello Guys, I was told of a Bear T/D longbow where they just used the A,B and C risers but made Longbow limbs for them is this true ?
If so dose any one own one or ever shot one..
If so how do they shoot and or what are they like..
Thanks Cody

yap had a couple sets. They kind of did not make many of them Cody because they slipped out of the risers socket sometimes at full draw. And they sucked as far as shooters go.bd

Thanks Guys for the input.. Dose any one have a set for sale ?...

Doc & Rich pretty much said it like it is about the Bear T/D longbow limbs.
The only thing I could add is... Bear's T/D risers are regarded by many as some of the best looking T/D risers ever made, but they are not nearly so handsome when the longbow limbs are installed and the bow is strung.
In the foreground is a set of 72" 50# in like new, out of the box condition. I've been one of the few guys not smart enough to sell them. Earlier this year a couple of sets went for more than good hunting weight#1 white tip limbs usually sell for. I was shocked.

I think one of the reason is because they are been made just for 1 year, if I am not wrong, for sure this makes them rare and pursued by the collectors

I had a set of these Cody; they left lots to be desired. Cacciatore is right about production as well, I think. I believe they were only listed in one catalogue. Actually no one said anything I disagreed with, as usual. No wonder I don't post much on this forum. Maybe I'll change my sign-in name to "Ditto",LOL. Grant
