I ran across a Ben Pearson two piece bow today, I believe it is a Bushmaster. I should have copied the numbers off of the riser, but I didn't. It is in very good cond.,in the box, factory camo. The only thing is someone mounted a sight, which I think would be easy to hide with the camo.
What are these bows worth? They were made in 58-59?
Any info would be appreciated Scott

Pearson started naming their bows in 1958. Prior to this they only had numbers. Was it an all fiberglass bow or a wood/fiberglass composite? All fiberglass, not a Bushmaster predecessor. Wood/fiberglass possibly a Bushmaster predecessor.

Wood/fiberglass.

Go to Archery Archives and look under Ben Pearson bows. Unfortunately, they don't have several of the catalogs prior to 1958, but you might be able to get more info there.
No clue on the value. I'd be interested in what they're asking. I would love to have a Bushmaster (or it's predecessor). If you aren't planning to buy, I might be interested, if you want to PM me.

Careful with Archery Archives. Unless it has been recently cleaned up, the site is full of viruses.

Thanks for the heads up Trapper, I just ran a thorough virus scan on my comp.
