Title: bear latch parts

hi all new guy here have a question for you where can i find repair parts for a mag bear riser b handle just got this in the mail and the lower latch system is all bent up the seller said they would pay for the parts but i cant find any i seen the latch kit from 3 rivers but it doesnt have the bracket that holds the latch parts which is what received the most damage thanks for any info you can give

You're probably going to need to find an old riser for parts.  Check with the company. If Bear still makes them, you could order them from any dealer.  

If you've got a machinist friend, he could probably duplicate it for you.
