That is how Bill Sweetland would demonstrate how tuff his arrows were by hammering them thru a piece of plywood. If you broke a shaft he would give you another one. Sure don't make them like they used to, do they.
-
I was told that there was a kid who got a piece of an arrow shaft and a rock a hammerd it into a power line pole I would love to see that....
I just wonder if there are many of thses Tops out there or if any one had seen on before...

Bill's Video he made back in the late 80s is cool as hell.... I have a few Forgewood arrows around here some where.......

Doc is that a Head ? I forget the rest of there name... its for useing on the small arrow like a 5/16 so you could put a 11/32 head on rigth.. I also have some of them........

Cody if anyone ever tells you that an aluminum arrow has more kinetic energy than a cedar shaft tell them that you will stand knee deep in water and they can shoot at your foot with an aluminum arrow. they will miss. Then you shoot a cedar arrow at their foot. You will hit it every time. The Sweetland shafts are even better. I have not had any takers yet on the challenge.

LOL nice wadde, I will have to try that on some day.....

Cody I had that conversation with a very well known senior archer years ago and he has since passed away. I got the point and decided not to take him up on his offer. I believe he knew what he was talking about.
