Title: " Turkey Poison" bow
Post by: KENDALL TECHAU on May 02, 2009, 02:01:00 PM: I just finished this bow and wanted to share it with you guys. I needed a short bow for turkey hunting out of my blind. Like a dummie I had sold both my Kodiak Mags. I made this bow from a 4" dia Red Cedar sapling, backed with Hickory as thin as I could get it. 54", 50#@26".I pushed the edge on this one! It's held up so far,no frets etc.One and a half inch of set. Shoots quick. Named it " Turkey Poison".
