I have a Pearson Hunter with a zebra wood "handle". They made the Hunter with the 3 digit model number '709' for 3 years, '65-'67. The '66 has green glass, the other 2 have brown glass. The only difference I have found in the description of them is the '65 has a "modified-pistol grip", the '67 has a "pistol grip". Would someone please explain the difference between a pistol grip and a modified pistol grip? A comparison to another bow would be a big help.
Thanks.
Phil

Here is the grip from a 1968 BP Hunter 7090,
listed as a pistol grip.

Thanks, Don. Guess I've got a '67.
