Here are the recommended brace heights for the Kodiak specials in 1963. It should be in the ball park for yours as well. 63" bow-7 1/2", 66" bow-8", 69" bow-8 1/2. This is from a 1963 Archers Bible.

I like my 59 about 7 1/2" no more then 8".bd

My ’56 Kodiak Special I got from Cameron (50# 64’’), is at 7 1/8’’ and I shoot 550 grain arrows. Hope this helps.

BTW, I still have that 58 Kodiak in LH 52# 62’’ for trade or sell    ;)
