Not long ago I picked up a quiver with 4 or 5 POC arrows with "ARROWS BY RAULF" stamped just below the crest. The point also has "RAULF" on it. I know pictures are needed, so I'll post them soon (taking the boss lady out to dinner).

Anyone know anything about Raulf?

I picked up a single "ARROWS BY RAULF" arrow recently as well. Mine is a spiraled flu-flu.

Should I replace damaged fletch on old arrows, or leave it as is, even if it's all gone?

Raulf Arrows - North Fond Du Lac, Wisconsin. Well known mass production arrow maker from 50's 60s. Advertised nationally. Many of their arrow boxes bore their name. Many wooden arrows were branded with their name. One of the more common arrows to be found from the era. Don't know anything about the owner.

I've got a couple also. Don't know anything about them except they are old.

Clarence Raulf & his wife were bow hunters-Archery golf shooters-field archers & target archers. They started shooting bow & arrow in 1940 & in 1945 started producing arrows & selling archery equipment.I will post a couple of pictures of arrows by Raulf from the early to mid 70s.As Wade said he made a bunch of arrows. He sold cedar arrows- aluminum 24SRT -Durashaft compressed arrows-& Micro-flight arrows.A lot of his bows & other products came from companys like Pearson & Bear. Wow!! Thanks Rick. I guess that's the advantage of living in one of the areas where archery as we know grew up, you get to find all kinds of cool stuff.
