Title: Bow and Quiver ID?

Looking to nail down an ID on this Bow.  Another forum has it down to an Early 1970's Bear Kodiak Magnum, but i've gotten all sorts of possible years from 71 to 75.  Also, it was suggested that the Quiver (what a contraption) may be a collector's item.  Any ideas?

Its a Kodiak Magnum, not sure of the year. The experts will be along shortly for that. BUT, that quiver is mounted upside down. Now way you could shoot the bow with it hooked on the working part of the limb. It needs to span the riser area that does not move.

I haven't picked the thing up yet.  Supposed to go get it this weekend.  It does appear to be inverted.  Doesn't matter much, it's coming off anyway.  Bet it makes a bunch of noise too....

Looks like a nice quiver with all the parts present.  

They usually bring  $20-$40 on the auction site.

The quiver is upside down.What color are the tips ????? bowdoc

Not sure, should have more pics today.  Not picking the bow up til the weekend.

I believe that quiver is going to be too long for that bow.I believe once it is bolted into the stabilizer bushing,the top wire arm will be out on the limb,well past the fadeouts.              

It has a little adaptor so that the quiver which usually bolts on the side,can be bolted into that stabilizer bushing.That adaptor itself is usually a good seller.The quiver would be better suited for someone with a magnesium handle take down.    

I believe a better quiver for that bow would be the Short,8 arrow quiver with 2 spring arms or if you want a 4 arrow quiver,the SHORT,"leather top" with spring arms.There are also a lot of currently made quivers for short bows that would work.                                             The 8 arrow quiver pictured may work if you could find a short spring arm for it.That one looks realy long.

My intent is to remove it anyway.  I'm not big on bow mounted quivers, even on my compound bows.
