I'm not much on the other Auction site but last night there was a Bear T/D Fruitwood C Riser with limbs on there for bid. It looked in great shape and the seller had pasted alot of accurate info about the bow from a Bear source. he went on to describe every scratch and flaw he could tell on limbs and riser except............the sight window had been tapped 6 times ( 3 front and back) for a sight. Riser had some screws still visible in it. I asked him about it and he said he took sight off and selling on another auction. The Bow i think went for almost $700. Question is was this bow made and tapped for sights? i didn't think so. I thought it should have been very important he should have noted that in his description and his 8 pictures showed only the shadow of 1 screw......

That is an insane amount for the quiver.

was that bow made of Fruitwood or Futurewood?

Robert...i have slang called it Fruitwood for ever but i'm probably wrong....is it Futurewood?..we can't speak too well here in Mississippi.

I know of one up for sale for $75 right now and the most the guy was offered is $50.

There you go....go buy it...get Ole Glenn to sign it....and put in the St. Jude's Auction...now all we need is $98,000 to bust a $100,000.

The quiver was made by Bear, and it was vinyl not leather. It's Futurewood (impregnated maple). Some folks will ask outrageous prices hoping someone is dumb enough, and has enough money, to make the purchase. That quiver isn't worth over $75.00.
The C riser was made for target shooting so it was drilled and tapped for many accessories.

Nope George , this one is leather we're talking about.... actually elk hide the sellor says.
