As those of you who have "gotten to know me" thru this forum know- I allways talk about how I envy those of you that can make things. I am famous for not being able to tighten a screw or hammer a nail.
I made my first attempt at constructing something. Last weekend I went to the Harrisburg PA outdoor show. I saw a booth there where a husband and wife team made things out of wood. I watched them and asked some questions.
The plaque above the arrow holder contains different kinds of feathers that I purchased. They are NOT from birds that I harvested. The antler is from a deer that I took in West Virginia this past deer season. The arrows are the first 2 trad arrows I ever shot. The acorn was found wedged in the seat of my ATV.
I think it turned out pretty good. If you were to look at it in person - you would see alot of mistakes that do not show up in these pictures.
The arrow holder is a mix match of ideas that I got from a bunch of you on this site. I did not form the wood - I purchased it already sanded but did stain it myself.
