If you taper the tips to a point, do you take away from limb stability??

AHHH so the very first ones had larger tips and "dimples" on the base.

Oh yeah those 1969-1970 bows were all square tipped.
Kurt if I had time to work on my own stuff.Things like restoring my own limbs they would have been tapperd to look more like a 1962 Kodiak limb tip.I've never had chanceing the tips change the shooting of the bow at all.bd
