Collectors, the bad guy that was scamming the Fred Bear Signature owned now by ABEAR is trying once again to fool someone. He has listed the really same bow serial #155 already twice today around 9.00 AM. Few min. ago the first post is been erased, I reported to e-Bay.He has changed dealer name and location, from California to Illinois. Read more on post 02-02-09 posted by Trap "deal of the day". 330306958763 and the erased:320333908117. Help defeat this criminal,Felix

How can someone tell if a *bay auction is legitimate or not? How can we detect a fraud if the seller can hijack an account like that? Would *bay and PayPal re-embourse the buyer in this type of case?
I really hate these thieves.

As long as a buyer uses paypal, they will guarantee the purchase or refund if it is a fraud. Never buy off *bay through any other method, just for safety purposes.

from what I understand with paypal from others who have had claims through paypal, that you should expay to give up a certain percent of any money they they reclaim. any one have to do this? I've been lucky so far, no reason to file (yet).

I had a problem almost a year ago buying a model horse for my wife. After numerous e-mails with no seller response and no item after a month, I filed a complaint with PayPal. It took about 60 days to settle, but all of my money was refunded by PayPal.

I have had 2 situations with PayPal claims one on ebat one off. One time I got 100% back; the second time was not on ebat and the seller chizzled me out of 3% and it was a cash transfer-he never even shipped the article.
I would tell you who this scumbag is-but he is well known to all!!
