Title: Good bear archery history video
Post by: Eric Krewson on February 04, 2009, 09:09:00 AM
The may be against the rules, providing a link to another site, but the info is very interesting to bear collectors.

This is an interview with the Bear engineer who developed the takedown system, how they analyzed failures and changed the latch to make it very dependable.

There is also and interview with a guy who has the largest collection of Bear bows in existence. He describes his collection from the earliest to the present.

I've seen this Eric and you're right- there are some elder Bear employees that should be heard both for technical data and Fred Bear anecdotes and trivia. Good post.               Grant
