I have a hard time determining what grizzly sticks to get either the Sitka's or the Alaskan. Because I shoot 52 pounds at 26.5'' with a longbow. And it seems border line to me between the sitkas or alaskans.. I will also be using a 125 grain tip.

Suggest you go with the lighter weight Grizzly. Your bow is of modest weight and the relatively short draw will result in a stiffened arrow. Using 125 grain broadhead might be too light also...you can always increase tip weight to make the arrow weaken...
I forgot to add one thing what should they be cut to.
It would be best to get them full length and cut them off as needed to get optimum arrow flight. I agree with Mike in as much as I believe you will need additional point weight to get proper flight. What broadhead do you intend to use? You can most likely get the head you prefer in a heavier weight or use heavier glue in adapters to get where you need to be. Where are you in Indiana? I shoot a Morrison Cougar 50# at 25.5 draw. I shoot Sitkas cut to 26.5 inches with a 175 tip with the brass insert it comes with. Three fletch 5 inch feathers with a helical. Make sure you file the nocks they come with to fit your string.
It also does well with a 145 or 200 grain tip but I like the 175 tip best.
This set up shoots well for me. Hope this helps.

I shoot very close to the same draw length and draw weight as you do with one of my bows. I shoot the Alaskan with the brass insert, and a 175grain head.
I have had no problem, you don't get the same "stiff shaft" issues you do with a parallel shaft.
My arrows are cut to 27 and 1/4 inches and will bare shaft at 35 and 50 yards with nothing but nock visible from the rear.
Sitkas will work fine, but I like the Alaskan's which I shoot right up to sixty plus pounds.
