Title: Bear Signature Bow
Post by: Stickbow98 on January 05, 2009, 05:59:00 PM
330298851920 on the auction block....NO RESERVE!

Not in "pristine" condition, but better than the one I personally DON'T have! lol!

Can't wait to see what this one brings if a '65 Kodiak gets $806!!

FELIX...Is it worth it?  Only you can answer that.

If it is worth it to you...then it is.

On the other hand...f you had the opportunity to buy one that is still sealed in the original box for about $5K or more, you could not shoot it because you would decrease the value.

Buying one that is already broke in, you can shoot as much as you want as long as you take care not to let the condition get any worse.  I would get a new string for shooting and keep the one that comes with it in the condition it is.

I would say get it and shoot the crap out of it.  Over time it will only appreciate in value as long as you can find a buyer willing to step up to the plate.

GO FOR IT!!!

I'll take it, I'll enjoy to look at, then I'll try to trade it for a left hand hand, and after a while if I don't find the trade I'll offer it to another bowhunter Trad Gang first,  Felix

Felix

If the price is right, it is an investment.  You can buy it, enjoy having it, and eventually at least get you money back if the timing is right.

Although Lefty bows generally sell cheaper than righties, I would think that a lefty Bear Signature riser is going to be a rare commodity, lots harder to find than a rightie, and therefore more "in demand" than a rightie.  You might have  a tough time making a swap.

JUST MY THOUGHTS.
