If it’s factory, I like ; if it’s not, I don’t.

Darn it,ya know I was checking that 1960 out.I actually may put a bushing into my 1959 Kodiak.I have an old factory bushing I could use. They seem so pratical and make a pretty solid mounting system.bd

I wouldnt hesitate to put a quiver bushing in a 59 if it was a shooter and the quiver bushing was correct.  I love the leathertops and like the way they complete the package.  I'd like to pick up a couple more of those bushings myself.

I wouldnt do it to a highly collectible, rare, "unicorn" 59 but if it's just a plain jane 59, what's it going to hurt?   I'm confident you are more qualified than many folks that installed them in the past.  Your new title can be "the real bowDDS"
