Guy on Peebay claims that this is a hand carved plaque of Fred Bear. Says one of his workers carved it.
If it's true, I think the guy was blind. Looks more like Mr. Greenjeans.
Do you think this is really Fred?

That looks just like «Le Père Gédéon» a popular character here in Québec in the 50s 60s and 70s played by the late Doris Lussier.
