I know some of you guys have been busy collecting and refinnishing. Heres your chance to display some of that fine art from yesterday.
I'll start with a few items that recently came my way.
60K 60" 52#
62K 60" 47#
Turkey Calls came from Mike Breslin (MJB here on TG) They are truly works of art but I plan on getting them wet and dirty next spring. For now, I'll set them on the shelf and get them down every once in a while to annoy my wife. Thanks Mike

Thats a beauty Cam, do you shoot your Deluxe? I've shot mine, but not alot. I actually shot it a little this morning.
Bjorn, is the bow on the far left the new edition?
Trap
-
Trap, it showed lots of signs of being shot and hunted with. I've strung it and drawn it, but that's it. I had a 64" 52# 1967.5 Super Kodiak black beauty blow up on me at full draw with no warning. I was a little scraped up and heartbroken, but survived with both eyes intact. I know it can happen with any of them, but that cured me from wanting to shoot anything questionable! CKruse
-
I remember that thread, that would be scary.
Because of all the stories I was reluctant to shoot my deluxe for a couple days. A couple half draw affairs and I slowly crept back to full draw. I find myself checking it alot more while shooting it than any others.

Hey guys... Now they are some NICE bows!! and very nice pictures.. Mike
-
A super nice 62 I just added to my collection (http://i301.photobucket.com/albums/nn42/bearkeeper/62.jpg)
-
Trap:
that bow is exactly(RH 60" 45#) like the one I found in Wis.....the guy had been using as a carp bow. Maybe it was CKruse.
The one I had went to the guy in Omaha last year.
-
This one came from Austin Texas Ron. I didnt know it was butcherblock when I bought it.
The guy I bought it from gave another fella a Kodiak Magnum for it to keep him from turning it into a carp bow about 10 years ago. Apparently he had the Mag hanging on the wall and traded up for a better wall hanger and the Mag became a carp bow.
Nice bow Mike, I love the 62Ks. They look great and shoot even better.

Both 66", yellow is 42# @28,purple heart is 47# @28
Came from a Pasadena roving archer, she is 96 yrs old.The 47# had camo limb socks and the quiver mounted, that old lady rocked when she was younger. The 42# is factory original except for the feather rest and plate from a certain fellow addict. The 47# was greyish green and had a really bad refinish, I was amazed at what was under the grey.
