Title: Bear TD Supreme
Post by: TRAP on May 17, 2008, 08:52:00 AM
Hey Guys,

What are your thoughts on the new Bear TD Supreme?

Will it become a collectors item down the road like other Bear T/Ds?

I dont know much about the T/Ds.  Is it the same quality as the bows built in the early 70s?

I've seen other threads here and on other sites where some bashed it and some loved it.  Thought I'd ask the opinion of people I trust.

Pricey?? Yes, but in today's market, it's not hard to spend 4 figures for a bow, so it's all relative. After nearly 40 years there still is no better take down system.

I think $1300 is a bit pricey for this bow. Who knows, they might quit making them and may be a good investment.

An original 1971 "B" riser and limbs would go for about that and that is including pretty big collector's value.
