i aquired a 64" 34# Bear Glass Powered Kodiak De Luxe recurve in real top shape.just a beautiful old recurve with clear glass.it looks comparable to a custom. serial# 11N53. Has original feather rest and leather side plate.I think the string is also original but can't verify that.Is there a website or reference book to research the value of old Bear bows?
Any information pertaining to this model will be very appreciated. Thanks guys.

1960 model. The clear glass of that year has a reputation for delaminating, so I would not shoot it. Value on auction I'm guessing $300 to $500.

thanks Toad; There are only a few stress lines.probably because of the low poundage.overall great shape.if you hear or know of anyone that might want to add it to their collection ,head them my way.i'm not a collector and would like a hunting poundage bow. Thanks again

put it up for auction, it will get the best exposure there. Then buy what you want. things are selling at good prices right now. take plenty of quality pics for your auction, show both sides of the riser, the written inscription, close ups of the sight window and shelf, coin and limb tips.. I think you will get decent cash for it right now. good luck.
