Title: Fix'in to buy a Blind.

Hey guys and gals, I'm fix'in to buy a Blind so I can take the Kids Hunt'in. I'm looking hard at the double bull Matrix. Cabela's offers it only in Predator camo. I have never used that pattern or a Matrix before. so I'm kinda dumb about it. Your opinions will be alot of help. Thanks

Billy I've got 2 double bulls blinds(T5,BS5) & they are great for kids,the camo patterns work great...if your gonna be at any of the KTBA shoots I'd be more than happy to bring em so you could give em a good going over & even shoot out of to see how your gonna like em before you buy one...t

Thanks man, I just might do that, I'm not sure when I'm gonna make it down there. They have me tied up really bad at work. But I plan on making it sometime in the spring. If I dont buy one buy then I'll be sure to let you know. thanks again.

I would suggest the recurve model in the matrix it gives more head room and you can shoot 68'' longbows out of it with no problems. The only problem is that model is slightly heaver to tote.....stabow

Billy, The predator is awesome and the Matrix is even better!!  You won't regret spending the money. You can call the boys at DB and order from them,Same price and they're great to talk to...good guys!

Yep, great camo, great blind! Here's another recommendation for the recurve model! Lot's of room even for those longer bows!!

And watch the video before trying to set it up yourself. It will save you a TON of headaches and probably some skin on your hands (don't ask me how I know  :rolleyes:  ) I set mine up in the living room floor while watching the video. It's not hard once you learn the "tricks".....

Another plug for the Double Bull Matrix Recurve  model.  You can't go wrong.

yep it's the way to go- looking back I may have opted for the recurve model though, but I never really had any problem unless there's two big guys in there with a fair amount of gear. The turks in my avatar photo were taken out of a green DB Matrix- Love predator camo in any terrain. Can't go wrong- just my 2cents.

Bought a matrix last year no complaints so far whatsoever, i think you will be happy with it, there is plenty of room inside for more then one adult, should be perfect to take the kids along in.

Check out the new ASAT "Quickie" Ground Blind.
Was thinking about the DB Matrix until I saw this one.
Now having second thoughts.
