I have a Hoyt Pro Medalist Hunter, 62", 5PMH 308 searial. I'm thinking it is an early 70's but would like more information if ya got it.

My Dad was the general manager for Hoyt Archery in the early 70's. I've sent him this post asking if he can date your bow. Will let you know when I hear from him.

George,
I just spoke with my dad about your bow. He tells me that Hoyt didn't start making the PMH bows until the late 60's. 68 or 69. With your low serial number your bow is either a late 1960's or early 1970 model. Let me know if you want to know more. My Dad gave me all the old hoyt catalogs and paperwork from the shop and I could do some digging for you.

Thanks John. Here's 2 photos that may help. It looks like bubinga with maple stripes and maybe something else thrown in for good measure.
