Recently got a Browning explorer recurve in good condition.
Anybody have info on these bows?

GOOD BOW - if you like them short.  54"?

I have an Explorer II  52# @ 62".  

Is yours a solid riser, or laminated with reosewood?  The solid risers are older, the laminated risers re the newer ones.

This one is 56", 52#. A solid riser,nice looking wood.Any ideas on a starting brace height?thanks

Finally got a string on this bow and started shooting.It is smooth and quiet at BH 8 1/2.
