Title: Bear Grizzly Factory CAMO
Post by: [email protected] on July 30, 2006, 11:42:00 PM
I have a Bear Grizzly that has a factory camo  paint job. I believe it was made in 1961.

I am told that they are somewhat rare.

Anyone know if that is true?  Idea of value.

All information appreciated!

Thanks,

Bob McMahan

What are the numbers on the bow? They are not common, but not really rare, pretty neat old bows. CKruse

Thanks all!

CKruse,  Interestingly there are no numbers on the bow, so I don't know what that means... BUT the "decals" are on top of the paint so it leads me to believe that it is a factory paint job.

Also the hole where the medallion goes (which is missing)is painted camo.

Any ideas?

Thanks,

Bob

A picture would help. Does the camo job have individual leaves painted on top an olive drab green? It should have had the numbers painted on top of the camo, but hard to say what may have happened. Can you tell me what the length is? Some of these old bows can be fun to figure out!
