Title: saunders archery recurve?
Post by: DRR324 on February 21, 2006, 09:56:00 PM
My father-in-law just gave my son a left handed recurve tonight.  It has a piece of old tape with the Saunders archery label on the tape.  This is located on the riser just above the shelf.  The limbs are both twisted, but I think Chuck can straighten them for me.  He is shooting right handed now, but is left eyte dominate- so I want to see how well he can shoot this way.  Poundage is a bit high right now, but he will grow.  Anyone know much about these bows?
Not sure how old it is, it came with 5 fiberglass arrows, a ben pearson hooded 2 piece quiver, and the arrows are tipped with glue on bear razorheads, bleeders intact.  The broadheads all look like new, I don't think he shot it much.  Thanks for any info!!
