Title: Target and field archery

Any suggestions on how to remove an old shelf rest.  The old glue has really become a part of the bow.  It was a self-sticking bear hair rest.

Also, any suggestions for chat sites that just deal in shooting traditional archery at targets, (indoor or outdoor) and not involving hunting?

How is this dangerous game?  Probably PowWow or the Shooters Forum would get you a better response.
