I am going to buy me a couple of your wool shirts as per the email I sent last week.
I like your style of mountain man clothing. I really have more wool than a guy living in south Texas should really have. I just like the stuff.
Most of my hunting is 70 degrees to 102 degrees. What do you do for that?

Long sleeve light cotton shirts, and bdu,s or jeans. I have hunted in shorts but alot of the places you hunt in texas if it doesnt bite or sting or poke you it blew in from another state. Most important camel back and a big hat... I did check the regulations and in deer park you can hunt in a loin cloth or in the buff but you have to have a orange hat..lol

I have been hunting in Knee high snake boots, for good reason. T shirt and short pants. The snake boots help protect my legs from brush. If the guides in Africa can hunt in shorts so can I.
I have a blind made of plyood. It runs around 95+ degrees in there the early part of the season. I killed my first two deer this year sitting in it in my underwear. Spine shot one of them and went running out of there bare foot and in my underwear to finish the job.
Thought about my game camera later and had to make sure it did not trip and catch me in my dash. I was not on it but by some form of luck it did catch a picture of the deer just as she hit the ground.
I was just wondering what Ron wears when it is hot. I have dealt with the heat my whole life. I was just wondering how he dressed for it.
