That looks fantastic.  We are having cheese and crackers and chips for Christmas Eve.  I'd much rather have brisket LOL!  Thanks for sharing and Merry Christmas.

Merry christmas to you,Also made pulled pork for a party tonight.For christmas i'm having stuffed artichokes,eggplant parmesan,turkey then its time to go on a diet.

1/4 cup kosher salt 3/4 cup dark brown sugar 1/4 cup paprika 4 tablespoons corse black pepper 1 tbsp garlic power 1 tbsp dried onion flakes 1 tea cayenne pepper 1/2 tea celery seeds.Bring smoker to about 240,Lightly Sprinkle over until covered  fat side down cook for 3 hours then put in pan and cover it will boast in its own juice cook intill internal temp hits 190 pull let rest for about 15 min cut on angle and   :D
