Title: First Smoke of 2009

Fired up the offset today and cooked a small brisket. Turned out pretty good.

Nice smoke ring!!!!  I just did 4 shoulders and 30 racks for my daughters first birthday party.

She seems to have my wife's and my appetite.  She's eating what we eat, and enjoying it.  She had some pork when I was pulling it, and she gobbled it up.
